Rescue Story:
My puppies and I were found during the Northern Alberta wildfires last summer. A kind lady found us and tried to find our owners, but no one came forward. She helped me and my puppies get a great new start at life, and now Zoe's is helping to find me my furever home!
As a courtesy post Zoe's has not met "Willow". We facilitate the adoption behind the scenes to ensure a safe rehoming. We ensure the animal is up to date on vet care, spayed/neutered, and is assessed by one of our partner trainers - Zoe's does not personally know the animal. It is the adopters' responsibility to do their due diligence - ask for vet records, behavioral assessment, microchip information, and/or a trial period .

Hello world, I'm Willow! I am a gorgeous queen that is the perfect medium size. I love humans and want nothing more but to find my people. I’ll bring you endless joy, entertainment, companionship, and adoring looks every day. I want to cuddle up on the couch with my people after a good walk or a long game of fetch. I love to be brushed and pet, and good thing, because just look at my beautiful coat! I'm an adventurous girl but I know how to relax and rest when it's time.
About my Behaviour:
I know my basic commands and I’m great walking on leash! However, I do show reactivity to dogs - I had to protect myself and my puppies from the world in my past life, so I get a little scared. I need a patient owner who will work with me on that, but I’m very smart and eager to please. I do go in my crate when my current owner leaves, but it's not my favorite place. I will settle easily but I'll need some help to go in at first. I would do fine in a dog-proofed area, as I'm not destructive and may like the extra space.
