I'm a lucky pup that was born in Zoe's care, and am looking for my new family.

I would be ok with dog savvy cats, as I like to play with them!

But remember, I'm a puppy, and still learning that nibbling fingers is not the best way to play with the humans!

Hello there - Vernal here! I'm an awesome puppy (yes, this is me writing this), and I have great energy! I am full of pizzazz and am really good at running - I could be a track & field star! I like kids but, being a puppy, I still need to learn that nibbling fingers isn't the kind of play that people want! I play well with other dogs, and I like to be in charge. I want to play with cats more than the cats want to play with me, but with some positive reinforcement training, and a dog savvy cat, we should get along ok. I am high energy, and I love tug of war with toys. i would love a high energy family to run with. I learn really quickly and am practicing sitting and shaking a paw. I always have a smile on my face and grin from ear to ear 🙂 Oh, and digging is good fun too - hehehe 😉
About my Behaviour:
Guess what! I know that a crate is MY safe and comfy place, and I sleep in one all night long!
I've also discovered that pooping outside is fun and really - any excuse to get back out to the yard is great!
As a condition of adoption, we need to register us into a puppy class through a force free trainer. Check out this website www.albertaforcefreealliance.com for some great options! It will be great fun, and we will bond and learn so much together, plus I'll get to do some socializing with other puppies and that's really important to do at my young age!
How’s my Health?
I am neutered, microchipped and dewormed. Zoes cant confirm what breeds are in me or what exact weight range I will be. Please note the photos were taken in mid April so I am a bit bigger now.
