Rescue Story:
I was one of the lucky ones. I was found with my young puppies and the kind folks at Zoe's had space for us to come in from the cold. Now that I'm done being a mama I'm looking for a place to call home.

Energy Level: High - I am happiest with daily exercise and mental activities
Size (adult): Medium (approx 60 lbs)
Adoption Fee: $50 a special price for a special girl!
Good with Dogs? Yes
Yes I love all dogs and consider them all to be playmates
Good with Cats? No
I have high prey drive, it would be best there are no felines in the home.
Good with Kids? Yes
I am still young and bouncy so older kids would be best.

Hi I'm Venus! I am very social and love making new friends, the human kind or the doggy kind. I love to be handled so brushing, cuddling and wrestling are all welcomed activities. I really enjoy being outdoors so I would love to have a yard where I can run around. I'm an energetic and smart young dog so an active family who will exercise my body and my brain would be best. I'm always ready for an adventure and will hop right into the car when you open the door. I'm a happy, friendly girl who just wants to be loved.
About my Behaviour:
I am house trained and crate trained. I happily go in my crate on my own for naps, spend time in it when my parents go out, and sleep there at night. Walking on a leash is still new to me so I'm still working on not pulling when I get excited. Zoe's will be providing three private session with a certified force-free trainer to ensure we get off on the right paw.
How’s my Health?
I am spayed up to date on my vaccinations, dewormed and microchipped.
