Tangerine Juice | Female | Tuxedo Big Feets (DSH) |
Rescue Story:
I came into care when my mom gave birth to a litter of kittens but did not come home again. My siblings didn't survive but I defied the odds. You may remember me as the tiny orphan kitten with the big swollen feet that spent quite a bit of time at the vets. But I am doing great and I am now ready for my forever home now that I am old enough.

Critter Twitter:
I am one stunning tuxedo who loves to play and play. When I am tired though, I do love to come and cuddle. I am one sweetheart of a kitten you will fall madly in love with. Everyone who meets me, always does! I can't wait to be your new bff. #lovebug #zoomiesfordays
About my Behaviour:
I must be adopted to a home with a young vert cat friendly cat buddy who will play with me or with another kitten. I am currently being fostered with Clementine and we get along pretty well, for the most part. Though she doesn't always want to play with me. I have so much energy I do require another very high energy kitty young playmate to help burn off my energy.
As I was an orphan bottle baby I do tend to suckle on hands. It's a self soothing, comfort thing. You can just redirect me to a blanket or, just move away to stop the behavior.
How’s my Health?
I am fully vetted. The number of vaccines will depend on length in care.
I did come into care with very swollen feet/legs. The vet wasn't sure why and told my foster to do gentle massages. It did go away for quite awhile but it came back recently for my back legs. The vet isn't sure if it's a circulation issue and if I will outgrow it once fully grown or not. It doesn't seem to bother me so much though when it does flare up. I still try to play like crazy!
Wet food is very important to a kitty's health, so be sure to feed me at least one meal of wet food a day. It helps add much needed moisture for my kidneys and bladder health. Scheduled meals is best to help us form a strong bond and regulate my food intake. You can leave a small amount of dry out overnight and while you are away at work though.
