Rescue Story:
A nice lady called Zoe's after she saw me waddling around near her house. I was very pregnant. Zoe's gave me a nice warm place to sleep and food to eat and the very next day I gave birth to 6 puppies.

I would do best with a happy-go-lucky buddy dog, who can be my mentor and help coax me out of my shell!

I've met some cats and didn't mind them.

I adore my humans, but I still demonstrate uncertainty with new people and children.

My confession is...that I'm a bit of a chicken! So much of a chicken, in fact, that sometimes when I'm startled I pee a little. There, I said it. It's so embarrassing. I'm very kind and gentle, but I have some anxiety. That's why I need your help! I need someone to pet me and love me, and help me to be brave.
About my Behaviour:
I'm housetrained! Fully housetrained. Not too shabby, if I do say so myself. There is that little peeing issue I mentioned earlier but if there isn't anything scary happening then I do really well.
I have been feeling very peppy and playful, but the dog at my foster home is no fun at all. I could sure use a four-legged friend!
I'm just learning how to walk on a leash. I need a human who is loving and patient, and who is willing to start from scratch and go over the basics of training with me again so I can be the best me I can be! I'll need some extra TLC to help me learn that the world isn't nearly as terrifying as I think it is.
