Rescue Story:
I was adopted in 2017 but returned as I was not getting along with the resident cats and I was very stressed which caused me to have health issues. My adopter was heartbroken but felt it was best for me to find a new home so I could have the best life possible. I am now eagerly awaiting my new forever home!

Critter Twitter:
Attention, Velcro cat-seeking humans. Are you lonely? Do you miss having a lap cat or never had one at all? How about a cat who has no care about personal space and will not only snuggle up as close as possible but must always have a paw or tail on you? Is that the kind of cat you seek? Because if so, I am the purrfect cat for you! I am a huge Velcro cat who LOVES my people. I love running up to you and chatting about what I saw on cat TV. And I will follow you around the house just to keep a close eye on you. I can't wait to wrap my paws around your heart. #lovebug
About my Behaviour:
I must be the only cat in the home. I don't even like the smell of other cats! Probably no to dogs too, but maybe if the dog will leave me alone, we could coexist. My current foster home has no pets.
I would really love a home where someone either works from home, is unable to work due to severe health issues, or is retired (at least one person like that in the house or people have alternating work schedules so someone is often home unless out buying stuff). I LOVE my people, and I want to be with you as much as possible. If you are a homebody and looking for a hardcore velcro cat, look no further than me.
How’s my Health?
I am fully vetted. I do have a history of FIC, vomiting, and UTIs due to stress. A stress-free home should greatly limit these from reoccurring. You could even have me see a vet that comes to the home instead to help reduce my stress from going to the vet.
I am still slightly overweight, so I will need to continue with my slow weight loss diet to get to my ideal health range. No free feeding me; I love food too much not to limit myself.
Wet food is very important to a kitty's health, so be sure to feed me at least one meal of wet food a day. It helps add much-needed moisture for my kidneys and bladder health. Which is very important for me given my history with FIC. Scheduled meals are best to help us form a strong bond and regulate my food intake. You can leave a small amount of dry out overnight and while you are away at work, though.
