Rocket Whitney | Female | Domestic cutie (DSH) |
Rescue Story:
I was adopted with another kitten Nina when we were kittens. Unfortunately, she developed cerebral hyperplasia and I was being way too rough with her. I just wanted to play but she was super stressed out even with a lot of playtime for me, my adopter returned me to Zoe's so I could find a home that is a better fit and Nina can relax.

Good with Dogs? Unknown
Only calm cat friendly dogs who won't chase me, with proper introductions of course.
Good with Cats? Very specific cat(s) only
I was too rough with the other cat but I may be ok with another young cat who loves to play rough with slow proper intros.
Good with Kids? Maybe
Older kids who are calm, patient and gentle with me I might be ok with.
Critter Twitter:
I am one stunning cat who loves to explore and I am rather curious about new things. I enjoy exploring new areas of the house and always have a blast. I like to swat at running water and I do request a water fountain for my drinking and swatting pleasure. I love to have zoomies up and down the stairs and I have such a huge zest for life. I am not a lap cat, but I do like to be near my people as much as possible. I do enjoy being petted and cuddled, but mainly only when I am in the mood for it. Usually, if you are laying in bed, I will come to snuggle a bit. This could change as I get older and have less energy.
About my Behaviour:
I may be a good adventure cat, as in going outside on a harness/leash, since I am so curious about things. Maybe going out for a stroll around the neighbourhood or even going hiking. But you'd still have to start slow.
I may be best as the only cat but I might be ok with a young very cat friendly cat who loves to play rough. With slow proper introductions, of course.
A calmer house with medium noise level would be most ideal.
How’s my Health?
I am fully vetted.
