Good with Dogs? Yes
With proper introduction. Love to play fight with the other dogs in my foster home and I am very gentle with the smaller dog.
Good with Cats? Unknown
I am still young, so I should be able to adapt to most situations. But remember, I am very shy, so it might take me some time!
Good with Kids? Unknown
I am really timid around people. I may need some more confidence built up before you introduce me to children
Critter Twitter:
Hi…I am a shy, goofy little ray of sunshine who loves to cuddle and go for walks #cuddlebug
About my Behaviour:
When I first arrived I was a super shy girl and was overwhelmed really easily. I have come a long way since then and no longer hide in my crate all day. Now I am out and about, exploring and enjoying hanging out with my foster mom and my foster brothers.
My foster mom has been very patient with me, and I am learning bit by bit that humans can be a good thing in my life. I am going to need a special person who understands how shy and timid I am and who is patient enough to help me build up my confidence and teach me that new situations are not so scary, so that I can be the dog I am meant to be.
I love going for walks and have decided that this leash training thing really isn’t so bad and almost have leash training aced. If I am left alone, I like to explore things by chewing on them and I am still learning what I can and can't chew. I am almost completely house trained and I now only have occasional accidents. I am also doing really well with crate training and only whine when my foster family comes home.
My foster mom says that I am hilarious and adorable when I am jumping as I leap like a deer – I provide her with tons of entertainment! I like to cuddle, but first I need to trust you and it has to be on my terms – I prefer not to be picked up.
Obedience training will be required in my adoptive home. I will also need to be in a home with at least one other balanced dog to teach me the ropes. I lean heavily on other dogs for confidence and guidance.
How’s my Health?
I have been spayed, microchipped, and vaccinated.
