Reba (Gretchen)   |   Female   |   Domestic cutie (DSH)   |

Rescue Story:

I was adopted out to a great home, but unfortunately my sister and I are very stressed because of the newborn baby and the young dog. Zoe's doesn't have a foster for us, so I am currently being fostered by our owner in Calgary until we find a forever home.

Date of Birth: March 10, 2015 (est)

Energy Level: Low

Size (adult): Medium

Adoption Fee: Zoe's special! Donate whatever you wish!

Good with Dogs? Very specific dog(s) only
Only calm cat friendly dogs who won't chase me, with proper introductions of course.
Good with Cats? Bonded Pair
Especially very cat friendly cats and proper introductions. I would love to be adopted with my sister Annie.
Good with Kids? Maybe
Older calm kids who would be very gentle with me and not so hyper.

Critter Twitter:

I am one stylish looking gal, I may be shy first, but once settled in I am very much the most affectionate cat you will ever meet. I make a great pet for one who works at home, I love chiming in on zoom meetings and saying hi. I love sleeping in tight space and request many cat hideaway beds, cat tunnels, and cat trees with some kind of cave. That would be so cool! #shybutohsosweet

About my Behaviour:

I do require a calm home that is understanding that I am shy, and I will require time to adjust to a new home. But once I do, I will become quite the lap cat.

Due to my shyness I request only very cat friendly animals who would not be a bully to me please. As long as they are, I am sure we will get along just great. Otherwise I will stay hiding and I won't have a good quality of life. I would really love to be adopted with my sister as we have been together since we were tiny.

Currently we are being fostered in Calgary, but you could always do a zoom meet and greet initially if you didn't want to do two trips to Calgary. Due to my shyness, it is unlikely you will really see my true personality during a meet anyways.

How’s my Health?

I am fully vetted. Wet food is very important to a kitty's health, so be sure to feed me at least one meal of wet food a day. It helps add much needed moisture for my kidneys and bladder health. Scheduled meals is best to help us form a strong bond and regulate my food intake.
