Rainy Night   |   Male   |   Terrier/Schnauzer X   |

Rescue Story:

I was rescued on a night of a large thunderstorm! I was malnourished with an injured hind leg that needed to be amputated. 🙁 I have been very resilient and quick to recover and adapt to the second chance life Zoe’s was able to give me! I am now a healthy and happy fully abled doggy that can walk and jump!

Critter Twitter:

Hi, I'm Rainy! I have formed an attachment to my foster family and very much likes being around them as much as possible! In fact I will follow my humans from room to room to be near them and I'm ALWAYS up for snuggles and cuddles! I prefer to be entertained by being interacted with, rather than playing with doggy toys. I am very socially curious around others and their pets and I exhibit a high degree of friendliness and calmness. I am working hard on my house and crate training. I have had a rough start to life, but am so sweet and just require the right patient and loving owners to give me the best new furever home. #tripawd#lovebug

About my Behaviour:

I am working through some separation anxiety. I'm not destructive and don't bark, but I have expressed my displeasure by pooping indoors a couple of times. This will improve in time as I feel safe and secure in my new home.

How’s my Health?

I am medically healthy, but since I only have 3 legs - extra care and patience is required when I am taken out for walks. I am neutered, vaccinated and micro chipped.
