Rescue Story:
I am what you call a forever foster because I'm an extra special boy! You see, I've been in Zoe's care since I was a tiny puppy but because of some medical needs they thought it would be best if I stayed in care. I'm now looking for a new forever foster home who can give me a warm, safe space to live. All costs associated with my care will be paid for by Zoe's.

Energy Level: Medium - I like a good play but also know how to chill
Size (adult): Small (approx 30lbs)
Adoption Fee: Forever Foster - All costs will be covered by Zoe's
Good with Dogs? Very specific dog(s) only
I can be selective with other dogs so would need slow introductions.
Good with Cats? No
I would do best in a home with no other pets.
Good with Kids? Maybe
Older kids would be best as I need a calm, quiet home.

I love to play fetch and tug and I adore squeaky toys. I enjoy going on walks or runs and sometimes go to a private offleash park...that's the best! About my Behaviour:
I'm looking for a home that will be patient and take things slow. I have anxiety and can be reactive to animals I don't know. I've had some big changes in my life lately but in the right environment I will likely thrive. I am selective with other dogs so would need slow introductions and only those who are calm and will give space. The Zoe's team will be there to support you every step of the way with behaviour, training, and medical help!
How’s my Health?
I have Megaesophagus, which means that my esophagus doesn't work properly and I can regurgitate food and water. It is currently well managed with medication and hand feeding.
I am also an anxious pup and take medication daily for that. I would thrive in a calm, quiet home where I can relax and establish a consistent routine.
I am neutered, vaccinated and microchipped.
