Rescue Story:

A kind lady accepted me into her home. I was a stray dog. I was nothing but skin and bones. Much to her surprise I then gave birth to 5 beautiful puppies in October. When this kind lady recognized that we needed more care, we were brought into care with Zoe's. Since then we've been cozy with our foster families.

Good with Dogs? Unknown

Good with Cats? No
Noooo, i do not like cats at all!
Good with Kids? Yes
I love the kids in my foster home aged 3 and 7 because they are committed to learning to be in a home with me. I am learning behaviours so they do love me as much as I love them.

Critter Twitter:

I am such a fun, cuddly puppy. I love to snuggle but I also love to play! I am the best of both worlds and can't wait to meet you! #cuddleallday #playallday #loveme

About my Behaviour:

I am all levels of energy across the board! I love to run, and to play. I am always smiling after a good game of tug-of-war. And man can I play tug! You will almost always run out of steam before I do! And if you do, I will act like a complete goofball until you decide to play with me again!

I love to work on training as it keeps my mind stimulated, and my energy levels maintainable. If I am well exercised and stimulated my favourite thing to do is definitely to snuggle. If you've had a bad day, I will be sure to give you a massively long hug full body contact style and love you back to happiness. Anyone who spends two hours with me falls in love with me!

I am house trained, and in the last month I have learned and worked on crate training. You may have to throw in some of my favourite treats to convince me to go in, but once I am inside I am pretty comfortable. I am also learning how to greet people appropriately. I'm just way too excited for you to love me as soon as possible! My foster family have become really good at ignoring me when I jump which is helping me to learn I get more love when all four paws are on the ground.

My foster mom thinks that I have been welcomed into a few homes, and never been let back in. Because of this, I definitely do not like to be outside in the yard to do my business by myself, and I need outside company whether it is a warm sunshiny day or -40 with the windchill.

I am working with a trainer to learn more manners, and definitely will need someone committed to working with me with Force Free training methods. Although I have come along way in the last few months, I will definitely need adopters who are patient, kind, and committed to daily training.

How’s my Health?

I am spayed, microchipped, and up-to-date on all of my vaccinations.
