Rescue Story:
I was found outside but unfortunately no one ever claimed me so Zoe's agreed to help find me a great forever home. Which turned out to be a blessing due to my health issues I wouldn't have survived out there!

Depends...if introductions are done slowly and calmly it's generally okay. They must be very cat friendly though as stress isn't good for me.

I am a sweet boy, who loves to be petted and can purr with the best of them. I've never growled or hissed, not even at other cats. I am big cat, with a gentle disposition, really a gentle giant. I like my head scratched and petted, and don't mind being fully petted when I'm in the mood. Purring is usually a good sign that I'm 'in the mood'! I will come up on your lap and curl up and sleep, but that has to be on my terms. I will also sleep with you, and don't mind being picked up once we get to know each other. I definitely respond to affection. In short, I'm a typical cat.
About my Behaviour:
I have met other cats with my current foster, and it's been okay. In fact, while they tend to hiss at me none have been aggressive and I'm the calm one! I could eat all day if you let me, but if I have four cans of Fancy Feast each day I'm usually good with that. I'll help you wake up in the morning if I sense you are waking up. I love to play and can make a toy out of just about anything. I like catnip enough that if it's offered I'll jump at the chance to have some. I have a most endearing meow when I see my foster coming or am being petted.
I can tend to be a bit firm when I nibble, but I always lick you afterward. If I use my nails on you, just say 'nice' and I usually relax a bit, but I'm really just playing.
How’s my Health?
I am fully vetted. I do have an enlarged heart with a grade 5/6 heart murmur. I might have a heart condition, but I am a normal cat. I don't take any medications and all my bodily functions are normal. I will tear around the house, occasionally play hide and attack, but I don't really hurt you...I'm just playing! I don't really drink a lot of water, so some hot water with my food is a great way to help with that. And when I'm asleep, I'm really asleep! Due to my being special needs my adoption fee is only $25. Gabapentin might be required just to calm any anxiety.
