Rescue Story:
I have been surrendered twice by my owners. I have a sensitive stomach and my first owner couldn’t spend the money on determining my allergies. Zoe took me in and helped me to settle down. I am now on a raw diet-easy raw though because it is kibble and freeze-dried but needs to be rehydrated, and I can't have anything with red meat. My second owner had to surrender me because I didn’t like her senior cat who had some health issues. I'm back at Zoe's to find my TRUE forever home.
Date of Birth: November 2015
Energy Level: Medium
Size (adult): Medium
Adoption Fee: $400
Good with Dogs? Very specific dog(s) only
An older calm dog that will not be in my face only, a smaller dog would be best.
Good with Cats? Very specific cat(s) only
One young bengal cat friend most likely would be fine. No senior cats at all.
Good with Kids? Unknown
Older kids would be best if any.
Critter Twitter:
I am a typical Bengal in that I am a playful cat who has zoomies and loves to be up high. I love to climb and jump and consider anything a challenge including fridges, cupboards, counters, closets you name it. I love people and I do like a cuddle every now and then. I'm not over the top crazy, but I still am quite playful. #sweetgirl
About my Behaviour:
I would do best in a home where someone is home often if possible. Someone who can play with me a lot a few times a day. It would be best to research my breed as Bengal love heights, very intelligent and are quite attention-seeking. It'd probably be great to train to me do tricks. I am quite talkative as well so I hope you don't mind a chatty catty.
I can be very choosey with my cat friends and would either do best as an only cat or a home with one young cat. No older cats at all sorry. A calm dog who would leave me alone or at least never be in my face would be fine though. Preferably a small dog.
I also like to get my fresh air and have been known to be an escape artist so I need someone who can train me on a harness or even better willing to have a catio. My last owner had a catio and I loved it. I'd probably be a great adventure cat with training. But be very mindful of my door bolting, a cat-like me would be snatched up off the streets for sure!
How’s my Health?
I am fully vetted. I require to continue my freeze-dried raw or raw diet for life as it's possible I do have IBD and easy-to-digest food is best for me.
