Rescue Story:
I was saved from being eaten by dogs out in the country, sadly I had no one come forward to claim me and I came to Zoe's to find a forever home.

I am a very sweet girl who is shy but oh so cuddly. I may hide but I am easily coaxed out and I purr once you pick me up. Life out there wasn't easy so I am happy to find my forever home where I can chill on the couch, play with wand toys and purr beside you. In time I will probably gain more confidence to play and I may become quite the lap cat. I just need the right amazing hooman to steal my heart, like I will steal theirs. Everyone just falls in love with my big round eyes and sweet purrsonality. #shybutohsosweet
About my Behaviour:
I require a calm, quiet home that is understanding it will take me some time to settle in. A sanctuary room would be of high importance to me, even if you have no other pets.
Due to my shyness I request all animals in the home not to be bullies as I won't stand up for myself. I may trigger prey drive due to my skittish nature so please no dogs with prey drive. I was housed in a temp foster that had other cats and dogs/pups and I did just fine but the dogs/pups were always contained in the whelping area so it's hard to say.
I am currently pretty chill and low energy, but that might change as I build confidence through wand toy play time and a feliway plugin.
I am currently at bone and biscuit gateway and you can meet me any time during store hours. If you have any dogs please bring them so you can see how I am with them. I would not be ok with any dogs with prey drive, I was almost eaten by one!
How’s my Health?
I am fully vetted. I must be fed scheduled meals to help us form a strong bond (at least one wet food meal a day, and 3 meals a day, morning, after work and before bed). I will learn that you are the bringer of awesomeness and not the black hole of never ending kibble.
