M’Baku Wakanda   |   Male   |   Neonate Baby (DSH)   |

Rescue Story:

I was surrendered with my siblings and mom when we were itty-bitty. Our mom had mastitis; sadly, with mastitis, not only would kittens become sick if drinking milk from a momma cat with it, but most cats won't let them nurse due to pain. We were lucky to survive, thanks to an awesome neonate foster mom. We are now ready for adoption.

Date of Birth: January 2, 2025

Energy Level: High

Size (adult): Medium

Adoption Fee: $225 or $350 for two kittens.

Good with Dogs? Very specific dog(s) only
I am not currently a fan, but I should be ok with calm cat friendly dogs.
Good with Cats? Must have a cat friend
I must be adopted with another kitten, or you need to have a young cat at home for me to play with.
Good with Kids? Unknown
Especially if they are gentle with me.

Critter Twitter:

I am one very playful but very cuddly kitten. I enjoy wrestling with my siblings. I have the sweetest face, and I love to unleash my inner purr. I can't wait to find my forever home! #lovebug

About my Behaviour:

I may take a bit to settle into my new home, but once I do, I reveal my inner lap cat.

I do tend to suckle on fingers; it's something that can occur with neonate kittens. Hopefully you have no kitty allergies.

I must be adopted into a home with another kitten or into a home with a young, cat-friendly cat. With slow, proper introductions, I hope we can be playmates for life. As long as I have a young cat buddy, I won't pester the other lazier cats.

How’s my Health?

I am fixed, microchipped, and dewormed twice. The number of vaccines will depend on the length of care.

I must be fed wet food at least once a day for hydration. Wet food is better than dry food for kitties as it's lower in carbs and fat, which can help prevent utis, obesity, diabetes, and early CKD.
