Rescue Story:
When other animals came to my home, I didn’t adjust well. No beach volleyball games for us! I just went into hiding all the time.

I don’t like to be handled or picked up, so if they left me alone, most likely. If they are aggressive or try to pick me up I will run and hide from them.

I am an older cat that is a perfect companion for an older adult. I am low energy, don’t climb on the cupboards, and am quiet. I am not a lap cat but I will let you know when I want your attention. I’ll jump up beside you for pets and loving, cuddle up to your feet when you are sitting, and really enjoy being brushed every day. I often sleep at the foot of your bed, in my cat bed, or on a piece of my human’s clothing, blanket or pillow on the couch. And I don’t claw at your furniture, but instead use my scratching post. Although I’m not very active, I do have my favorite toys that I love to play with.

About my Behaviour:
I am a quiet, gentle and loving cat that enjoys a relaxed and quiet environment. I am very quiet and only meow when I want something from you - as in food or attention. I am a little overweight, but have adjusted well to reduced food intake and my feeding routine - I will let you know when it’s time for my breakfast!
How’s my Health?
I am fully vetted, neutered and have no major health issues. I was obese and on a weight loss journey, I am doing good but have extra skin that can make me look a bit big. It is imperative that you never allow me to get overweight again and that you continue my diet.
