Rescue Story:

I was brought to Zoe's when my owners, who had adopted two cats, had to return them due to serious health issues and them moving to another country. They rescued us and asked if Zoe's could take us to, thankfully they could. We are now ready for forever homes.

Date of Birth: October 20, 2024 (est)

Energy Level: Low (currently)

Size (adult): Medium

Adoption Fee: Zoe's special! Donate what you wish!

Good with Dogs? Unknown
Probably not due to my shyness.
Good with Cats? Must have a cat friend
Very cat friendly cats with slow proper introductions.
Good with Kids? Unknown
Older kids if any, that understand shy cats.

Critter Twitter:

I am one very sweet yet shy gal who is looking for a home where they will love me as they watch me blossom into the amazing kitty Zoes' knows I am. I just need a home willing to give me the time to shine. Maybe I will become quite the lap cat as an adult, or maybe I will be a cat who loves to be in whatever room you are in only. I am happy to do my own thing right now, but I will come to sleep with you at night. I hope you and I can become besties in time. #shybutsweet

About my Behaviour:

I must be adopted into a home with another very cat-friendly cat with slow, proper introductions or adopted with a sibling. Another kitten will help me settle in and help burn off my energy that I will get once I am fully comfortable in my home. Right now, I am quite chill, as I prefer to watch rather than play. But that will change in time.

Due to my shyness, my adoption fee is by donation. Anything over $20 will get you a tax donation receipt, and all the money will go towards my vet bills. If you chose to adopt me with a sibling, our adoption fee would be $225 plus a donation.

I require a very calm, shy cat-savy home that will help me blossom into one amazing cat. Yes, it will take time for me to settle into a home, but every milestone is a victory.

How’s my Health?

I am fixed, microchipped, and up to date with vaccines. I should be fed at least one meal of wet food a day for hydration, as it's very important. I do love my wet food, so ideally I can get more wet food than dry; just add dry food on top to help with food costs. Free feeding is not a good idea in a multicat home, as one cat generally gets obese, which is bad for their health. Scheduled meals would be best for me anyway, as it will help us form a strong bond more quickly. You can, however, leave a small amount of dry while you are away at work.
