Well hello there! Lucille here - but you can call me Lucy! Let me tell you a bit about myself. I get super excited when you get home from work, and when you bring out the squeaky toys! I love big humans and kids (I haven't been around younger children - but am great with 7+ year old children). My foster mama says I am super sweet and affectionate - I can't argue with that! Once I'm comfortable with you, I'll even let you give me belly scratches I love working my mind, so enrichment toys would be most welcome please! I prefer sleeping on my own spot on the couch with my blanket but when your morning alarm goes off I will run to your bedside to say good morning! #amazingdog #sweetmomma
About my Behaviour:
While I do love big humans and little ones, I can be a little unsure around males until I get to know them. I'm house trained, but not crate trained. I can get bored and turn to chewing socks and toys if you don’t give me some attention before bed. I love when you throw the squeaky toys and the kong! I am nervous around other dogs and will bark at them on walks or on the other side of the fence. I am learning how to walk nicely on a leash, but would love going for a jog with you! Did you know that we can take positive reinforcement classes to help me with having good manners on leash? Check out www.albertaforcefreealliance.com for some great trainers! This is also a great opportunity to help us bond.
