Rescue Story:

I came into Zoe's from a local animal care facility. Not much is known about my past.

Date of Birth: 2015

Energy Level: Medium

Size (adult): Large - 90 lbs

Adoption Fee:

Good with Dogs? Yes
I like to play. I am best suited to a home with another medium to large dog friend as some smaller dogs find my size I intimidating and I sometimes chase if they run to hide, I can’t help myself!
Good with Cats? Unknown
So far I have largely ignored the resident cat at my foster home but we don’t interact directly. More observation would be needed to confirm I won’t chase my feline friends.
Good with Kids? Yes
I'm great with kids, even strangers, and very gentle.

Critter Twitter:

I am a very sweet and gentle girl. I am friendly and fashion myself something of a lap dog. I love to go for walks and I am eager to please, which means I’ve been learning my basic commands through force free training and yummy treats. I love my people and just want to be near them or, when I can’t be, with my dog pals. I’m not destructive but I have some escape artist tendencies to work through until I regain confidence that my humans will always come back. #sweetheart #loveme

About my Behaviour:

I don’t like my people leaving me and have been known to attempt escape and go looking for them. Thankfully I usually come when called! I'm on Paxil to help calm my nerves through this transition period. I would do best in a home with another medium-large dog pal. I am house trained and willing to work on crate training for the right family!

How’s my Health?

I am microchipped, spayed, and fully vaccinated.

Please note: Zoe's cannot guarantee my breed, it is estimated by my foster parents and vets.
