Good with Dogs? Unknown
Probably not as I am very shy.
Good with Cats? Must have a cat friend
Especially cat friendly cats and proper introductions. Another very cat friendly kitty will help me settle in more quickly.
Good with Kids? Maybe
Older calm kids who would be very gentle with me and not so hyper. If any.
Critter Twitter:
Hi, I'm Kif. Do you like a silent, dark void sitting in the corner silently judging you? I'm a bit wary of humans; I understand so far that they are a good source of food and playtime, but I'm too shy to be touched. I'm growing more comfortable every day though; I just need some humans who have some patience and a lot of love to give #shybutohsosweet
About my Behaviour:
I need a very calm, quiet home that is understanding about shy kitties. I will take awhile to settle in, but over time I might be more comfortable around humans and open up to show my quirky, gentle, and curious personality that my foster parents can see shining through. I love playing with wand toys and am a sucker for tiki wet treat tubes and wet food. And I play with my siblings when I think the humans aren't watching and cuddle with them when it's nap time.
I look to other kitties to help me see that it is safe. It would probably be best if I were adopted into a home with my sibling or into a home with another very cat-friendly cat who can help with my confidence. If adopted with a sibling, our fee would be $225 plus whatever you want to pay for me as a donation. Anything over $245 will get a tax donation receipt! In fact, it would be best if I could be adopted with a sibling. You could adopt all three of us for $350 plus donation! It's a great deal!
How’s my Health?
I am fixed, microchipped, and up to date with vaccines. I should be fed at least one meal of wet food a day for hydration, as it's very important.
When first coming to my new foster home, I was really nervous, and that gave me some diarrhea. As soon as I became more comfortable in my home, the diarrhea went away, so keeping me calm during any transitions would be best.
