Joey Band | Male | Mixed Breed |
Rescue Story:
I originally came into care because a child threw me in the air and didn’t catch me. Everyone thought I had a broken leg so Zoe's came to my rescue. It turns out my leg was not injured and instead I had something called rickets. Basically this means I didn't get all my vitamins growing up and my bones became weak. Since then, my foster parents have fed me all the yummy and proper food and I am now stronger than ever and ready to find my forever home!
Date of Birth: August 18, 2019
Energy Level: High, I have puppy energy to burn!

Critter Twitter:
Woof! My name is Joey… but nobody really calls me that. I generally go by Oscar! I am full of spunk and sass. My new life consists of running around, playing with every toy in the house and eating lot of bones to keep me occupied. I like to play with my foster parents… they are teaching me to play nice and not to use my sharp toothpick puppy teeth. They also think I have a foot fetish… I like toes hehe. If you hear a quiet puppy, I am most likely hiding under your bed eating your dirty socks that you don’t pick up off the floor wink I am still a puppy, so I do have lots of learning to do. I am looking for a new home who can teach me good manners, as I grow up to be a big handsome boy! Ps I’ve learned how to sit. I am a smart cookie, so I think I could learn a lot more tricks! Bye for now! Woof Woof! #willworkfortreats
About my Behaviour:
I'm your typical puppy so will need someone to teach me the ropes with how to play, what I can chew on and where to potty. I've almost got my housetraining and crate training down. I will cry in my crate at night if I need to be let outside.
How’s my Health?
I will come vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped and neutered prior to adoption.
