Rescue Story:

At about 6 months old, I was found as a stray that was scared, starving, and in very rough shape. I was lucky enough to find a very kind human to care for me. She helped me come so far and I have become so much braver in this big, big world. Zoe's is now helping me find my true furever family!

*As a courtesy post Zoe's has not met "Honey". We facilitate the adoption behind the scenes to ensure a safe rehoming. We ensure the animal is up to date on vet care, spayed/neutered, and is assessed by one of our partner trainers - Zoe's does not personally know the animal. It is the adopters' responsibility to do their due diligence - ask for vet records, behavioral assessment, microchip information, and/or a trial period .*

Critter Twitter:

Hello world, I'm Honey! My name is perfect for me, because I am just as sweet as can be. I have the coolest ears - I bet you already noticed. I'm a sweet and gentle pup overall and I love to be with my person as much as I can be. I always want to be touching them! I'm quick to learn new things, and I love to run around outside and play with my toys. After getting my energy out, I love to snuggle up on the couch and cuddle while you relax in the evening. I'm a sensitive soul who would love to be your new co-pilot in life. I love dogs, and I'm really great with them. I could really benefit from having a confident and friendly dog friend in my new home to show me the ropes.

About my Behaviour:

I would do best in a home that isn't in a busy area with lots of loud city sounds. I wasn't exposed to many things as a young puppy, so the hustle and bustle of city life is too much for me. I can be a little nervous with new people, but with some treats (I love treats), I warm up very quickly! I'm left to free roam in the house when I'm alone and I do well. I'm great at the park when I'm free to run around, but while on leash I get scared of all the sounds and new things and just want to go home. I will need a patient owner who can continue to work on socialization and building my confidence. Could that be you?

How’s my Health?

I am spayed, up to date on my vaccinations, and microchipped.
