Critter Twitter:
Hi, my name is Ducky, as in lucky duck 😊 I was most likely hit by a car and I survived to tell the tale. I have a very sweet temperament. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE to cuddle. I am still working on my basic cues like sit, stay, down etc. I would love to continue working on them and maybe learn some new cool tricks. I am silly, lovely boy who is going to make someone a great best friend. If you have patience and don’t mind having me in your personal bubble, please put in an application for me, I can’t wait to meet you.
About my Behaviour:
I am getting used to house living and walking on that thing called a leash. I am scared of new things, and I take a bit of time to get used to it. I will need someone with patience, who will help me explore this whole new world and help build my confidence.
As I am still young, we will need to do some force free training classes together. We'll learn so much and bond, which will really help me settle into my new home. Please check out www.albertaforcefreealliance.com for some great force free trainers!
How’s my Health?
I am Neutered, microchipped, dewormed and up to date on my vaccines. I came in with two broken legs, one front and one rear leg. I had pins put in and I am recovering well. My back leg may never be as strong as my other legs, but I still run and play and it doesn’t seem to hold me back. I will need to stay a healthy weight and joint supplements will be good idea as well.
