Rescue Story:
I came into Zoes care from a First Nations community in Saskatchewan.
Date of Birth: 2015
Energy Level: Medium
Size (adult): Medium approx 45 lbs.
Adoption Fee:
Good with Dogs? Yes
With proper introductions, I am fine with other dogs. I am a bit shy when meeting new dogs.
Good with Cats? Yes
I take no interest in cats really.
Good with Kids? Yes
Older children would be best as I tend to get excited when meeting new people and sometimes jump up. I'm learning not to do that though.

Do you have a couch? That’s where you’ll find me! My foster mom says I’m a couch hog so she and my foster dad always end up sitting on the floor, ha ha! Weird humans. I DEMAND cuddles and pets. If you stop, I will stare at you with my sad puppy dog eyes and paw at you until you start again. I like to be with my people. I don’t like to be left alone. If someone leaves the room, I will sing to them until they return. I will quiet down after a while, but I like to be sure I’m heard! Based on how vocal I can get, a condo or apartment may not be suitable for me. I wouldn't make friends with the neighbors. I do well in a crate and just relax until my people get home. If I’m left out loose unattended, I’ve been known to chew the odd pee pad to shreds. Now that I know what this thing called a “walk” is, I LOVE it!
