Our mom was surrendered to Zoe’s, I am one of the lucky ones, as I was born in Zoe's care. I am now looking for my new family!

With proper introductions, and respectful playing, I am sure I would get along well with kids!

Hey there, my name is Lexus! I am a playful and loving pup! I enjoy chasing my brother, chewing my squeaky toys, and running around outside. I love sticks, the bigger the better! I am getting pretty good a sitting when my foster mom asks me to, and I am learning other basic commands. She is using what they call a clicker and have learnt that when I hear the sound it means I get a treat; it is soo cool. Maybe you and I can learn some cool tricks together! An interesting fact, I got my name from another dog, who was a young man’s first dog. I am told she was a pretty amazing dog and I want to be just like her! Can you help me be an amazing dog?
About my Behaviour:
I'm a puppy, so learning about housetraining. I would also love to know more about this crate training thing - I've heard that it would be a safe, comfy place for me to be - and I like that idea! As a condition of adoption, we must register in a force free training class for puppies . Check out www.albertaforcefreealliance.com for some great trainers that Zoe's recommends! This will be a perfect opportunity for us to bond, have some fun, and learn so much! Socializing is so important for pups like me, and these classes will help me to be the best dog I can be!
