Rescue Story:
I was a stray in a rural community and was taken in by a kind family who Zoe's is now helping find me a furever home.
**As a courtesy post Zoe's has not met "Chicken Soup", we facilitate the adoption behind the scenes to ensure a safe rehoming. We make sure the animals are vetted but do not personally know the animal. It is the adopters responsibility to do their due diligence - ask for vet records, get the microchip changed, and/or ask for a trial period. An assessment of the dog from a force free trainer has been done and can be provided for review. **

I think they should play with me but I'm learning to ignore them.

Hello, my name is Chicken Soup! Warm and comforting, just like my name suggests. I am a beautiful girl with a chocolate coloured coat, and signature speckled paws. I was a stray from a rural area until recently, and am still getting used to much of this new world. That said, I am doing amazingly! I am quickly learning the ins and outs of city living, and even leash walking! I love people, and I want to be with them all the time. I am a cuddly, affectionate, and calm dog that will be an amazing companion for my new family.
About my Behaviour:
I need proper exercise, and mental stimulation, or I will tear up your favourite slippers. I have been good with the dogs I have met, and like to make new friends although sometimes I am a bit shy. I have met two cats, and seem to be very interested in them and have been polite. I have not met any children yet, but could potentially like having kids to play with and love. I am a gentle, kind girl, and highly treat-motivated girl that is willing to learn!

I am spayed and up to date on my vaccinations and microchipped.
