Rescue Story:
I came into Zoe’s when my puppies were only 1 day old. Now that my puppies are old enough, I am ready to enjoy doggie life. I was raised outside with other dogs so am a bit unsure about being in a house and also how to play with humans but I love people and I love other dogs.
Date of Birth: Approx February 2019

Size (adult): Medium - (approx 55 lbs once I lose some of my mama fat)

Good with Dogs? Yes
I love other dogs and should be adopted with another dog who can continue teaching me the ropes about this indoor living.
Good with Cats? Yes
I have been around cats and don’t seem to mind them so should be ok, though I will sometimes bark at them.
Good with Kids? Yes
With kids who understand dogs and play nicely with me, I should be fine.
Critter Twitter:
I love people and I love to hang out with you but still trying to figure out this house thing. I like to stay by the front door and need coaxing to go down the stairs to go outside. I also get scared of the hard kitchen floor but I do like special treats and am getting more comfortable with walking on the floor. I love my walks and will trot along at your pace. I am slowly learning more tricks but it takes special treats to get my attention so you might have to work a bit harder. Though once I am more comfortable in my environment, I love learning new tricks. While with my puppies I learned to sit, stay, down, spin and shake a paw. I was starting to learn crawl before I left to start my new life puppy free. I am looking for someone who will have patience to help me continue to grow in confidence and someone to continue teaching me new things.
About my Behaviour:
I am house trained. I am still unsure about being left alone and will whine and cry some but I am getting better. That is why being with another dog would be good for me.
