Buddyboy Barnaby | Male | Domestic Catolo (DSH) |
Rescue Story:
I was sadly surrendered as my owner couldn't afford my vet care, she was heartbroken. This is why Zoe's always recommended pet insurance for those who can't afford expensive vet bills. They quickly add up! Even for those who are low-income, it's best to budget it. So your pets won't have to be rehomed like I was.

Good with Dogs? No
Probably not.
Good with Cats? No
I must be the only cat.
Good with Kids? Yes
Especially if they are gentle with me but older kids are best.
Critter Twitter:
I love people and enjoy being a lap cat. I love to have my chin and ears scratched (no body pets please). I play some but mostly I enjoy looking outside the window. I really would love to find a forever home. #sweetie
About my Behaviour:
I require a home with no other pets, please. I would LOVE a catio, even a small one that's placed on a window so I can be outside safely. I can get a bit growly but never aggressive. Just the typical old man growl/bluff.
How’s my Health?
I am fully vetted. I was diabetic but in remission now. It's important I stay at a healthy weight and on diabetic food or wet food that's high in protein, and very low in carbs for the remainder of my life. (You could try wet food that is low in carbs that's not wet food, but NO dry food at all then. High protein/low carbs isnt the norm in regular dry food). Otherwise, my diabetes can come back. I also have a fatty deposit on my back (it is not cancerous at all) that may need attention in the future but so far the vet said to leave it alone.
