Rescue Story:
I've loved my time with my current owner, but the older dog wants nothing to do with me, so I want to go somewhere where I can play all the time and be the center of attention!
As a courtesy post Zoe's has not met "Bluebell", we facilitate the adoption behind the scenes to ensure a safe rehoming. We make sure the animals are vetted but do not personally know the animal. It is the adopters responsibility to do their due diligence -ask for vet records, get the microchip changed, potentially involve a force free trainer for an assessment and/or ask for a trial period.**

Energy Level: High - Daily exercise is needed to tucker me out at the end of the day.

I'm familiar with small dogs, but I've never met a big one. I might be scared of them.

I've spent quite a bit of time with children ages 1-3. I don't mind kids around 10 years old either.

Hi I'm Bluebell! Just like my name, I'm beautiful to look at. One of the most interesting things about me is how my coat changes patterns over time. But I'm so much more than that! I'm energetic, sweet, snuggly, and full of personality. I'll ALWAYS be happy to see you and I will make sure you know it! Although I know how to amuse myself and love playing with toys, I thrive the most on attention and spending time with you is my favourite thing to do. I would love to be the center of your world just like you are mine. I wouldn't mind sharing you with another dog either, but I will try to hog all the attention! I know I act like a princess, but I'm looking for a best friend. Is it you?
About my Behaviour:
I am house trained and trained to sleep in a kennel at night, although I'd happily adjust to sharing a bed. I am a jumping bean I'll surprise you with how high I'll jump to get your attention! Maybe agility might be a fun thing to try. One annoying habit I have is play biting. Most puppies get over it a lot sooner than I have, but I just get so excited I can't help myself and start gnawing your fingers. I don't bite hard, but you probably will find it annoying. Sometimes if I get anxious, or bored, I will claw at something you don't want me to touch, like a carpet or couch. I have a funny habit of spinning in circles when we go on walks. I can be cautious of strangers, but warm up pretty quickly.
How’s my Health?
I'm in excellent health! I have energy for days! I am spayed, up to date on vaccinations, dewormed, and microchipped.
