I came to Zoes to find my furever home which I thought I had found, but I was returned through no fault of my own so now I am on the lookout for my new furever family!

With proper introductions, I should be just fine with other dogs. I get very excited when I see them on my walks!

I like cats but I also like to chase them to show them who is boss! So only older dog friendly cats who won't run at all.

Hey there - Bilinda here! I am an energetic, lovable girl who loves running around in the backyard and playing with my toys. I like to be near my humans, but I can also be pretty independent whether its laying on my bed or chewing on my bones. I don’t like it when you leave me, but I LOVE it when you come home. I was cared for before I came to Zoe's so I have learned manners and I know how to sit, laydown and shake a paw. And currently, I am learning even more! I am also really good at food control – whether waiting for the okay to eat my food as I drool looking at it in my bowl or letting my current family eat theirs. I am fully house trained, too! My ideal home would be with a family that has either no other doggie pets or a calm, well-balanced large breed dog that, with proper introductions, I can be great friends with. About my Behaviour:
I am a little anxious and can be a bit reactive when someone comes to the door of my house. Proper introductions to new people are all I need though. I do love my walks but sometimes I get a little too excited when I see other dogs and apparently my family doesn’t like my pulling and barking so much. I know I can do better though as I am a very quick learner. An owner who has the time and patience to work with me on improving these things would be best. (mandatory training at a location listed on www.albertaforcefreealliance.com is a condition of adoption.)
