Betty Sturgeon | Female | Da Calico Cat (DSH) |
Rescue Story:
Garfield and I were abandoned at a farm, had no ID, and was not fixed. No one came to claim us. The owner befriended us and asked Zoe's to take us in as we weren't feral. We are both fixed now and ready for forever homes. I was adopted out but unfortunately returned due to my shyness and special needs.

Older very calm cat savvy kids if any.
Critter Twitter:
I am one stunning calico. Some may say I have tortittude since I'm not overly affectionate at first and I will take time to settle in. But I am well worth the wait. Once settled in I love to give kisses and get pets. I'm not a lap cat but I love to snuggle close by. I do enjoy some play time with wand toys, it's fun to hunt and pounce on them. I am a very sweet girl who can't wait to find my true forever home. #sweetgal
About my Behaviour:
A calm quiet home with one or two adults and no kids (or older cat savy kids) would be best for me. I do need some time to adjust to new people and places but I am sure you understand. My own sanctuary room where I can relax and destress is great. I love chilling on a cat tree and watching cat tv so a few of those would be great.
I would be the perfect apartment kitty. I love smaller spaces so a small home would be great for me.
How’s my Health?
I am fully vetted. I do have some hair loss (overgrooming) on my belly which is a mix of stress and food allergies. I am on gabapentin to help with my anxiety and I should stay on the food that I am on.
