Rescue Story:

Zoe's is helping my foster family find my forever home

**As a courtesy post Zoe's has not met "Bear", we facilitate the adoption behind the scenes to ensure a safe rehoming. We make sure the animals are vetted but do not personally know the animal. It is the adopters responsibility to do their due diligence -ask for vet records, get the microchip changed, potentially involve a force free trainer for an assessment and/or ask for a trial period.**

Critter Twitter:

Hi my name is Bear. I am looking for a new home. I am a fun loving-laid back pup. I get along with everyone - great with children, other dogs (except for unneutered dogs) and even cats. I love to cuddle and I am generally up for anything - whether it’s a big hike or playtime, or sleeping while you work. I have one strange quirk of sitting on tables. I am excellent off leash, I have incredible recall and will come every time. If I sound like the pup for you, please put in an application for me, I can hardly wait to me you!

About my Behaviour:

I am house trained but do have the occasional accident. I am not crate trained. I do have some separation anxiety and I will chew, scratch, etc., if left completely alone. I will do best in a home that has another dog in the house, as I currently have a doggie friend that keeps me happy when home alone without humans (Bailey - who is also available for adoption). I know my basic cues but need some practice to consistently do them. I am probably supposed to be about 55 lbs but currently need to lose some weight. With all of life’s changes, I will need time to decompress when I move to me new home. Then my true self will shine.

How’s my Health?

I am neutered, and up to date on my vaccines.
