Rescue Story:
I was surrendered to Zoe's from a home that couldn't look after me properly.
Date of Birth: I'm around 4 years old
Energy Level: I'm a busy active boy when I'm outside but indoors I like to nap and cuddle.

I'm great with other dogs and love to play.
Good with Cats? Unknown
I was raised with cats, but I do like to play chase which is not always fun for the cats! So probably no to cats.
Good with Kids? Yes
Proper introductions to new small friends are always important.

I'm what they like to call a "Velcro dog", meaning that I like to stick close to your side! I have a goofy personality and love to play,I'm very gentle when I play with people or other dogs. I loves to run and bounce through tall grace and swimming is really fun although it may be starting to get a little cold for dips in the lake now. Despite my guard dog type bark I am very sweet and am all tail wags when people get close to me 🙂
About my Behaviour:
I'm very vocal and will howl to let you know you should come back. I'm getting better but will probably need ongoing positive reinforcement to get better at not missing you so much. I would love to have another dog in my life and I think that would help my barking and "velcro" habit. Then we walk I tend to bite the leash and bark a lot, again I'm working on that with my foster parents and getting better (so long as we don't see a bunny and then I want to chase it really bad!) I like to let everyone know my territory and have a tendency to marks anywhere and everywhere, lawn furniture included, hopefully I can grow out of that and with lots of learn learn that I don't need to mark everything!

I am up to date on my vaccinations, neutered and de-wormed.
